About Prerana Saraiya

Prerana Saraiya is known for her straightforward, caring, and tenacious work ethic as a real estate professional within the Bay Area. Raised in Mumbai, India, Prerana is proud to have purchased her first home at the age of 20, just ten months after moving to the United States.

 

Since relocating, Prerana has become part of a wonderful community with many friends in the area, including a local business networking group. She is grateful to have so many clients who have also become friends and proud to say that 95% of her business is referral-based.

 

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to start her own business, Prerana became a licensed realtor at just 24-years-old. She is an excellent negotiator and offers clarity and a long-term vision to her clients, and excels at netting a higher sales price than expected for her sellers. The fact that Prerana’s business stems primarily from referrals speaks to her level of customer care and satisfaction. She treats her clients like they are family.

 

Most of Prerana’s clients are double-income engineers looking to upsize and seniors selling their homes to downsize, but she is open to working with anyone in the East Bay, specifically Alameda/Contra Costa Counties and Santa Clara County. Prerana is a Certified Residential Specialist and part of the Emerald Elite. She also has a Platinum Club award.

 

Prerana has raised two daughters in the Bay Area and is proud to have four grandchildren. She enjoys gardening (she volunteers on a farm), painting, and hiking. Firmly entrenched in the local community, Prerana is part of a local rotary group, gardening club, and art association. Her philanthropic endeavors include volunteering at the Jain Center of Northern California and the Home of Hope charitable organization.
